Momma I was famous today!

Monday 06/16/25 9:12pm Let's start this one off for my fans and say I am a billion this morning. And not just like 1 or 2, Lord knows I would have been fine with 2 M. They said donefbung like 20B 2m100B. It's a public document you can look at for yourself. But as the day goes on, I want to remind you that I've been up for 3 days straight, with no sleep, because when I'm in the zone and you need to keep up with the bots, you better get less sleep. All this started because I have extreme ADHD when I'm sitting down. Running 50 tabs at once was a light night if you ever watch me. On a good night, we're banging out some heavy-duty numti tasking. Now I'm a natural-born gambler. I'm a poker player, but I retired after losing 100k in one night. And my next journal is going to be the difference between gambling, a neurological disease, and poker—a highly stressful mathematical situation.  If you combine all that, you can call me the world's best chess player...

Peptides

Wednesday 2:08pm Hello World Peptides. This is going to be a fascinating and overdue topic to discuss tonight. This is single-handedly the most sophisticated breakthrough in science and research since the discovery of cures for many diseases we face in our world today. HIV, Smallpox, Hep C & Hep B, Cancer, etc. These, to name a few, are examples of exciting breakthroughs in Science.  I just made a YouTube video on Peptides, explaining the excitement of that breakthrough in my life. The overall pros outweigh the cons almost 100 to 1. In fact, I can not think of a single side effect that is worth mentioning or complaining about. Without further ado, for those who are not aware of what Peptides are, let's start there. Peptides are biological materials that are made from building blocks called amino acids. Animals get most of their amino acids from the foods they eat. Different cells then assemble these amino acids into long chains called peptides or proteins. As these prote...

"Why me God?" Part 1

Friday 2:55pm A success story from the world of the forgotten ones. Norris - an inmate doing two life sentences. "Why me, God?" I found a great opportunity in my life to serve in prison ministry through my ACTS Retreat team at my hometown church. The federal prison system is here, leaving a large number of inmates with no family or friends around, some for the remainder of their lives.  "I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me." Matthew 25:36-40 It is very easy and sometimes justifiable to care less about what a prisoner thinks or goes through on a daily basis. After all, most of them committed crimes that are unheard of, not something you would write about. However, I often discuss the importance of stepping out of oneself and helping others. This is a significant issue that is frequently overlooked. However, doing so brings rewards from God that are unlike any other.  For example, I knew th...

"Why me God?" Part 2

12/08/2014 "Why me, God?" By Norris, after spending 14 years in prison with over 4 stints in solitary confinement. This passage was written by Norris in his second year of Solitary Confinement after spending 14 years locked up for a crime he did not commit. Giving to me to share with the world, after 25 years.  "Suicide thoughts are pulling me, the fight in me keeps pushing me.        I'm finding myself in a state of confusion. A part of me is tired of the burden of pain, loss & sorrow; But the other part tells me I'm strong,     even in my weakest moments.  I shall become even stronger.  I face this mental, emotional, and spiritual battle each and every day I awake.  As I journey     a nother day from within this dark place of the lost, abandoned, and forgotten. This place many call - THE BELLY OF THE BEST, the garbage disposal of society- Prison            This journey is and forever wi...

Civilians vs Military Service

Tuesday 1:00am     What a beautiful day. I took my depression and "sadness," strapped up my boots, and landed me a job today, a career job, as an electrician. To a millionaire, it's nothing, but to the average person, if you can make 100k a year, you can live very comfortably. I am also fortunate to have no kids. I say that because I believe in marriage and the wedding lock on producing a family, but since I have no kids or a wife, I prefer it on purpose to make sure earning a million dollars is easy. With that being said, sometimes the ones that help people the most, the ones that crack the most jokes, and laugh or smile the most are really the saddest. It takes a special person to set aside their own needs and improve someone else's life. When I speak to someone about the benefits of healthy living, I'm really preaching to myself. The saying is true: the more you mentor, the closer you become to finally being the coach.          ...

Aloe Vera- Nature's Panacea

Sunday 06/01/2025 3:03pm      Waking up on this beautiful morning, I went straight into a meditation and breathing exercise, and came out feeling immersed in energy and creativity.  Speaking of creativity, it's not easy to find your happy medium, a space of perfect harmony and balance. As the great Albert Einstein said, "Creativity is intelligence having fun." However, to see that space of intelligence and creativity, a healthy lifestyle is essential, as well as a healthy perspective on things, to spark that interest. I will cite my research sources at the bottom of the page to ensure credit is given where credit is due, so let's dive into it today! Drugs and alcohol can be categorized as living a secondary or secret 'secular lifestyle', contrary to the 9-5, many people rely on drugs and alcohol to get by in life, or to even handle their 9-5 job. What do I mean by that? According to an article written by Abraham Phillip, "Learn To Live A Blessed Life Free...
